Currently under construction, this 3 parcel assemblage totals 1.35 acres whose original building was constructed upon a culvert through which ran the Shabakunk Creek. Extensive hydraulic and watershed studies were required due to the location of the flood plain and floodway within which the project is located. The culvert containing the creek was ultimately reconstructed and a multitude of permits were secured from the State of NJ, the County, DEP and NJ DOT.
