Rezoning and Entitlement

Our reputation has been built on the relationships we have forged with communities, planning and zoning boards, local land use attorneys and all of the various development disciplines necessary to bring a project to fruition. Our collaborative approach to problem solving with the many stake holders involved in every project is the hallmark of our success.

Commercial and Residential Development

Arista Development  and its Principals have developed over 80 commercial projects for a variety of national tenants including Walgreens, CVS/pharmacy, Chase Bank, TD Bank, Publix Supermarkets, Lidl Supermarkets, O’Reilly Autoparts and Citizens Bank.

Our residential and mixed-use projects include Renaissance Station (two phases comprising 80 and 209 units with 12,000 sf of retail) located in Attleboro, MA;
One Mansfield on North Common (81 units with 7,800 sf of retail), located in Mansfield, MA and One Newport (80 units), located in Quincy, MA.
All of these developments are designated “TOD” (Transportation Oriented Development) projects. The Company currently has over 300 units in the development stage.

Our team of experienced project managers and in-house engineers provide decades of combined project management and construction know-how. We have strong relationships with our general contractors that allow us to consistently deliver your project on time and on budget.
