A relocation for an existing CVS, this 1.57 acre, 5 parcel assemblage  is scheduled to open in the 2^nd quarter of 2018. After several challenging years of hearings with the Town of Clinton which included being twice denied site plan approval, an agreement with the town was reached after a successful appeal by Arista Development. Finally,  CT DOT approvals were obtained and environmental remediation is underway in advance of construction commencing.
